Born in Trenton, Tom is a lifelong resident of central New Jesey. He graduated form Trenton Central Hight School before obtaining a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Rutgers College, a Masters of Education Degree from the College of New Jersey and a Juris Doctorate Degree from Seton Hall University. He has been actively engaged in the practice of law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania for over twenty-five years.
Tom has also been very actively involved in a number of civic causes including youth sports and economic development. He was the first directly elected Mayor of West Windsor Township and also served a term as a Township councilman. At present he is Chairman of the Upper Freehold Economic Development Committee and President of the San Fele Society, the oldest Italian American cultural society in the State.
Tom has maintained a general practice in law, residential, matrimonial, personal injury and contracts. His client list includies both individuals and businesses and he offers efficient and direct services on all matters whether routine or complex. While mot client needs are non-litigious i.e. wills, real estate closings, contract drafting, a significant part of his legal resume is concentrated on matters which involve civil trial work. Tom has represented clients both as Plaintiffs or Defendants in thousands of diverse matters. Over the course of his legal career he has had the opportunity to try cases throughtout New Jesey as well as Bucks, Philadelphia, and Berks Counties in Pennsylvania. His clients have found that if the need arises they can rely on Tom's professional experience and will have the advantage of a seasoned trial lawyer as an advocate.
Tom is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the Federal District Courts of New Jersey and Pennyslvania. He is also admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court.
