Michael L. Pisauro, Jr.

Born in Trenton, Mike has been a local resident for most of his life. He received his Bachelor of Science in Economics from James Madison University and his J.D. from the University of Richmond, T.C. Williams School of Law. He is involved in his community, currently acting as vice president for the Pennington Business and Professional Association. He has also contributed material to one of the newsletters produced by the American Bar Association's Section of Environment, Energy and Resources.

Mike concentrates his practice in all matters involving business and the environment. He represents businesses from their inception and guiding the client in choosing form of entity for formation; the preparation of necessary operating documents, including by-laws, shareholder agreements, operating agreements; and through the company's growth in negotiating and preparing contracts, employment agreements, as well as representing clients in the lending process. He also represents individuals and businesses in the sale/purchase of companies.

Mike's environmental practice involves representation of non-profit and local groups in the promotion of a better environment. He currently is the registered lobbyist for a local group. He has also reviewed draft environmental impact statements and has submitted comments to public agencies on proposed projects and regulations.

Mike also brings litigation experience in both commercial and personal injury matters. He has tried several matters. He has also aided clients whose property has been taken by eminent domain (condemnation) by a public authority.

Mike is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the NJSBA's Environmental Section, the American Bar Association and its section of Environment, Energy and Resources, as well as the Business Law section. He is also a member of the Environmental Law Institute. He is admitted to the bar in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the Federal District Court for the District of New Jersey.
