F&P's attorneys are skilled in the various aspects of the everyday operations of a company, including negotiating and preparing contracts, employee agreements, confidentiality agreements and addressing the company's needs. When it is time to sell the company or to acquire an existing company, F&P's attorneys are available to assist and guide the client through the process of negotiating the contract, performing the necessary due process, dealing with lending issues, and bringing the client to the closing.
Unfortunately disputes arise between parties. When an amicable resolution of a company's dispute appears improbable, F&P's attorneys have a wide range of experience in litigation and alternative dispute resolutions.
