F&P's environmental practice is two-fold. First, it represents businesses with their various environmental needs. We can assist the client in reviewing and implementing statutory and regulatory compliance with environmental laws. We also assist the client in navigating through the remediation process if contamination is present, and in guiding the client when evaluating contaminated or potentially contaminated property for potential purchase. Our attorneys have experience in helping the owners of contaminated property to discover the nature and extent of the contamination, and then pursue legal remedies to ensure that the client receives just compensation.

Secondly, the Firm is committed to improving our environment. Mr. Pisauro is currently the registered lobbyist for a well-known local environmental group. As a lobbyist, he actively works in the New Jersey State House promoting legislation that will improve the environment and make New Jersey a healthier and better place. In additional to the firm's lobbying, it is prepared to represent and assist environmental and local groups in reviewing and commenting on environmental impact statements for proposed projects. The firm is also in a position to pursue litigation in the courts and through the administrative process to enforce environmental rights and protections.
