The area of marriage itself has alos undergone changes in our modern society and frequently people seek out legal advice in order to clearly define aspects of their relationship. We have aided clients in drafting pre-marriage agreements, as well as seperating assests obtained during marriage to provide for later specific distribution. Unfortunately today about fifty percent of all first marriages and sixty percent of all second marriages fail. We have helped hundreds of clients with divorce issues, including assest distribution, child custody, visitation, alimony, child support, and resolution of child rearing conflicts.
