For residential buyers, we generally order title insurance, advise on aspects of homeowner inspections, deal with the financing institution, arrange for surveys, prepare the settlement statement, affidavit of title, and other required documentation, and file various documents with the Court, as necessary. We also attend the closing with the client to ensure his or her interests are properly represented. For sellers of property, we review contracts to ensure the client's legal interests are protected, review the title and help redress any issues, order the required township certificates, prepare the deed and seller's affidavit of title, and otherwise prepare all the necessary documentation required to comply with seller's contractual obligations.
