Kelli Hynd joined Flora Pettit in 2008 as an assistant for contingent fee business litigation. Since then she has gained experience in numerous other practice areas and now serves as a litigation paralegal. Kelli works closely with clients, legal staff and attorneys throughout all stages of litigation. She enjoys assisting in trial court and running the technology used in the courtroom.


  • Paralegal support for multiple attorneys
  • Primary responsibility for gathering and organizing information and documents for attorney preparation, client meetings, court filings, depositions, and trial
  • Conducts witness interviews and factual research
  • Works closely with clients in drafting responses to discovery requests from opposing counsel in various types of litigation matters
  • Assists counsel in preparing exhibits and other documentation for trial, and assists counsel as needed during trial
  • Assists in drafting pleadings and court filings
