Brian Craddock spoke at James Madison University’s Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (JMU ETA) Owner’s Workshop regarding business sales from the perspective of an M&A lawyer.

JMU ETA is a multidisciplinary educational program within James Madison University's Gilliam Center for Entrepreneurship focused on business succession, entrepreneurship through acquisition, and responsible ownership. The program brings together business owners, legal, financial, and commercial professionals, and aspiring owner-operators to advance practical education, applied learning, and the long-term preservation and renewal of privately held businesses.
