Mac Nichols will be a presenting a seminar for real estate investors and other professionals on November 19th at the Omni Charlottesville Hotel at 5 PM regarding the benefits and logistics of using 1031 tax-deferred exchange for investment or business real estate. Mac assists clients in these transactions which defer capital gains tax on the sale of real estate if other real estate is purchased as a replacement property.
