David Pettit will give a guest lecture on avoiding and resolving shareholder and partner conflicts at the Darden School of Business on February 20, 2018. His lecture will include strategies to prevent and/or minimize shareholder conflict and legal remedies should they arise. David will also touch base on the duties owed among shareholders, partners, and members of limited liability companies, in both Virginia and Delaware.
