The 52nd Annual Advanced Business Law Conference is presented by the Business Law Section of the Virginia State Bar in cooperation with the Virginia Bar Association Business Law Section. The Advanced Business Law Conference (ABLC) is two-day CLE program designed to assist business law lawyers with the challenging task of providing practical, experience-based advice to clients in connection with business formations, growth, and transactions. The conference will offer a comprehensive review of significant developments in business law, with focused attention on governance, transactions, regulations, artificial intelligence, and the ethical challenges facing business lawyers.
