J. Page Williams Honored by Virginia State Bar for Fifty Years of Service

J. Page Williams has been honored by the Virginia State Bar in recognition of fifty years of service to the legal profession, his clients and the Commonwealth of Virginia.

A Charlottesville native, Williams began the practice of law in 1976, initially with former U.S. District Judge James H. Michael, Jr. and has been a member of Flora Pettit PC and its predecessor firms since 1981. During his career Williams has built a respected real estate practice centered on thoughtful, efficient and practical counsel. His work has included representation of real estate buyers and sellers, developers, lenders, borrowers, residential and commercial builders, and subcontractors in a wide range of real estate, finance and construction matters.

He also has held leadership roles in statewide and local bar organizations, reflecting a long-standing commitment to service beyond his individual practice.

“Page’s fifty years in practice represent not only professional longevity, but the kind of steady judgment, generosity and leadership that strengthen a firm and a community,” said Mike Derdeyn, President of Flora Pettit. “He has helped build a brand and a standard of service that continues to benefit his practice and our Firm. We are proud to celebrate this well-deserved recognition and milestone.”
