A Charlottesville native, Page Williams, maintained a real estate practice with the Firm, or one of its earlier iterations, from 1976 until he retired in 2026. He concentrated his practice in the real estate, finance and construction areas, by effective and efficient representation of real estate buyers and sellers in investment, farm and personal transactions, land developers, building project developers, lenders, borrowers, residential and commercial builders and subcontractors. He was well known throughout Charlottesville and statewide as a great real estate lawyer, which can also be seen by his many recognitions and leadership roles in statewide and local bar groups.

Page definitely earned his retirement over his 50 years of practice and he and his wife Peggy will continue to enjoy travel, social events with friends, watching college athletics and Page’s quest for the perfect golf game.
