Cathy Welsh to break down UPS Pregnancy Discrimination Case for SHRM Chapter

On March 25, 2015, the U. S. Supreme Court issued its much awaited decision in Young v. UPS which provides guidance to employers regarding their duty to accommodate pregnancy-related restrictions. Cathy Welsh will explain the recent decision and its serious and costly implications for employers at the Shenandoah Valley SHRM (SVSHRM) Chapter meeting in April.
