Cathy Welsh will present an Employment Law Update to the Shenandoah Valley Society for Human Resource Management (SVSHRM). Cathy will update SVSHRM members at their January meeting regarding recent state and federal employment law regulations, cases and enforcement actions. This will include updates on Pregnancy Accommodations, Background Checks, and Social Media. Staying current on these issues helps employers comply with increasingly complex requirements in this area.
