Seth Ragosta and Liz Southhall from Zunka, Milnor, & Carter, Ltd., will be presenting to the Thomas Jefferson Inns of Court on the topic of witnesses and clients who “go rogue” on the witness stand and strategies for dealing with those situations.

Seth Ragosta recently spoke today Halfmoon Education CLE for Family Law Paralegals in Richmond, VA on “Preparing Pleadings and Assisting with Motion Practice in Family Law.”

Seth Ragosta will co-present the Charlottesville-Albemarle Bar Association (CABA) Family Law Section's annual CLE. Seth will present the case law update - reviewing the decisions of Virginia's appellate courts in the Family Law field from summer 2016 to the present, including important developments in Property Settlement Agreement interpretation, validity of marriages and other topics impacting the many areas of interest for Family Law practitioners.
